I didn't say he said anything about a RS, what I said was that in pinkyland restructuring usually means exactly that. I guess I should know after having seen this 500 times in the last 15 years. Which business would they restructure at EGYF? It's an empty shell so there is nothing to restructure business wise, I guess you agree.
