There’s nothing here, it’s not a real company, it was simply a P&D. There’ll be no “filings” either, they’re not an SEC Registrant, they filed a form 15 and terminated their registration in 2016.

The best anyone can hope for is another P&D to get out of this junk and transfer ownership to a new EHOS victim.
