tisdal I talked with Victor Carrillo at the reception for some time. He read your questions almost verbatim and gave the answers you have posted. But concerning the short issue, he did not address that at the meeting. Except to say that it is false and malicious. I think there is ongoing action Zion is involved with.

Well depth pressure was 75 psi, temp was 162 degrees Celsius. Torque was 20% over recommended level - very risky! But with all this being said, the casing is secure now, and the water supply is protected.
