They didn't need these filings to get current, these signify a lot more IMO. GEGP was SEC and OTC current until last week when they failed to file the latest 10k.

Going back to file these years so far back makes me think there is a potential merger at play. GEGP has also been in continual contact with the SEC via letters. Very few pennies at these levels are doing that.
