Loan news was good for a pop in PPS but XKEM needs to issue a PR lining out exactly what the loan means and how the contruction of the facility is doing plus a future revenue breakdown.

Without this, the stock will slowly edge down again.

Just my dumbass opinion...however, I've been making fewer bad calls since I stopped drinking!!!
