They are delayed it seems because the Evans Brewing company also needs audited... so it looks like ION communications has to wait for their reverse merger partner to complete their audit. It’s an small hiccup in the grand scheme of things.

I was told mid June all the audits and 10Qs will be done. And the name change will then be allowed days after
that.

So it seems June is gonna be a fun month for IONC!
