RTV, Unfortunately you are probably right. Wine maker makes me laugh when he says he is going to get the Canadian SEC to go after WPWR and Patiences' brother at MEC. It is a joke. It is an empty threat. Canadian SEC and the American SEC do nothing to protect investors against these kinds of scams.
You see RTV even if the SEC from either country went after one of the crooks, the investors would get none of their money back anyway. The SEC fines them and keeps the money. The money that should rightfully go back to the investors never does. It amounts to a DOUBLE SCAM. Once by the company and then by the government.
