6.9 Billion SS flashed when the curtain went down on ENTI...

Then I received almost 16,000,000 PEG Inc Divvy's that RM'd with Encounter Tech Inc Divvy's 1700 something:1. ENTI had issued a immediate release and payable Divvy's that was 3 week late...getting to my accounts. During that FINRA approved corporate action to transfer MMX from ENTI to PTEL.

Think the 2011 quarterly had SS listed at 14.3 Billion...

Shortly after that. -1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL was logged in my brokerage activity log. Then 4 ENTI Cert shares should up. "1" was delivered.

Thomas then added 15 Billion to the SS and Sold Film Rookie to EUOT for 500k ...Looks like they keep Reel 2 Reel looking at their quarterly. Thomas also sold now Encounter Development for 30k to Carrie I believe

Then Hudson showed up and when the name changed to NPT the once Encounter divvy's with just a number changed to Encounter Tech Inc...and 100 Million ENTI were filed with the SEC.

Then we got the Osceola Gold fly through...

Problem I have. None of my shares say Encounter Development Technologies Inc. on them and I have bought at different time throughout the process...

PTEL was said to have assumed all asset and liabilities of MMX. That would included the apps built by SREH now converted to ABVG shares and Divvy's ... PTEL is said to be de-listing. 240 SEC reported shorts there.

Once I signed that Ally Money Market agreement my 8000 SREH converted to ABVG divvy's, went Poof in my account...around the end of March 2017.

SS is a mess for sure ...Conundrum

Account assigned to Apex clearing after that... seems someone will need to pick up that "1" ENTI cert shares at some point...

I do have several million in front of those, though...Don't believe you can R/S Encounter Development without a stock split...My Encounter Technologies inc shares are still engaged with a Valid $250,000,000.00 SEC Complaint... Then this mirror ENTI company shows up...
