These conditions include obtaining an independent appraisal of the Property, develop a business plan in conjunction with a Joint Venture Operating Agreement, terms for the consideration for the Property and for NMEX to become current in its filings with the Securities Exchange Commission. It was mutually agreed to strive to accomplish these conditions on or before June 15, 2018.
