420 i understand the creative accounting and business partnerships associated in the cannabis space (still not federally legal). The lease fees, consultant fees, and interest fees on the loans will add up to some serious income once the facilities are all open. The only concern i have right now is the amount of convertible stock that comes due starting in Sept. which is $1.25 share along with tons of warrants. You make some very valid points on your concerns of which i don't entirely disagree with. GLTY
