Richard Kilshesky is the new owner, fact. Required documents are being worked on and will be filed to verify this information and these docs will also bring UITA to current status. It is now known that the OTC slaps the "Control Dispute" warning on most companies that have recently been reinstated. I am looking at 8 such companies that just recently was slapped with the same warning. Took every bit of 5 minutes. Just an fyi to debunk the garbage flying around.
