nice- i love those combo divy + trading profit plays. I have been profit trading BofA regularly since it was $6, and now hitting it doubly with the nice added divs. i know, its a bit of a bore... but i like to have a few "'ol faithfuls" in the portfolio. all i gotta do is trade it lock step with interest rates, div-ex dates, and potato chip cnbc news.

CBL REIT play looks mighty interesting. love the solid bear wall of analyst downgrades end of 2017- and none of them have updated yet for 2018.
