I’m sorry but nothing in those 8ks say all toxic debt is removed. You are forming that conclusion on your own. Look to the 10Q to get a sense of just how much debt they had before he went dark. Also as stated in filing and on conference call with sg in 2015, due to contractual obligations and current share price, the authorized was increased to 30 billions shares to satisfy any obligation of notes should they convert at time of maturity.
