Yeah, because the SEC is the type of organization that would dance around the subject of securities fraud. If they suspected OWCP was guilty of something, they'd come at them head-on and they would actually say that OWCP is the subject of investigation.

BUT THEY HAVEN'T. That's the fact of this matter.

And if OWCP suspected that they were an actual target for investigation, rather than a cooperating witness, they would, in fact, NOT be so cooperative. They'd circle the wagons and lawyer up.

Do you work for the SEC? Do you have access to some information that the rest of us do not?
