At $3 IFON looks very cheap; is it?

1. Infosonics (verykool) had $5M in sales in Q1, but they lost $1M!
2. Infosonics will have loss in Q2, and will continue to lose until it has been shut down.
3. Cooltech is also losing money.
4. Since the merger, they have lost more than $4M (merger + operating losses)
5. Before the merger, back in May 2017, Cooltech did a private placement where they sold 1.14M shares @ $2.5.

If we go by just the five things noted above, will you pay $3 for this stock? Do your own DD. Good luck on your buy/sell.
