Control Dispute still recognized by OTC. It appears last week's PR about the previous week's purchase of 3B shares was bogus, like the claim for the past 4 years they were going to release FINS.

But hey, you never know, Tony may obtain power to R/S.

I'm still waiting to see the reinstatement that was said to be in process and fees were paid.

The company has paid their fees in Texas and the filings will be updated, no issue there. I've been to the plant, as well as others, it is in a BUSINESS district, no storage units around. ANYONE can go and check for themselves, as they should NOT trust any anonymous poster on the internet, myself included. That is why I always do my own DD, travel to companies I'm investing in, because I only trust myself.
