I understand where you're coming from, however, those PRs were before the merger with Munzee. The merger with Munzee did happen as promised, and other plans obviously changed. Considering that Garfield GO continues to add content/prizes, I think it's quite possible that they still have plans for further expansion. Also, another organization they partnered with is the Shepparton Heritage Centre, as mentioned in this PR: http://www.freezetag.com/zeetours-launches-authorized-reseller-program/

So, that's two partnerships they announced in Q1 as promised.
