Whose side is Shannon on, to the best of my knowledge, he's still associated with the company. You mentioned in a previous post "the only reason that shareholders still have a glimmer of hope, is because of Dr. Shannon."
Do you have any reason to believe he's cut ties with the company, if not, why would shareholders best interests not rely with the company---which Shannon still is a member of management and the board.
Moreover, why is Ed reaching out to shareholders through you with the hero message of saving the company and shareholders. Could it be he's worried he's gonna lose his #@$ in court, and he wants to present evidence to the judge "that his sole intentions were for good" in an attempt to limit any punitive damages the company is seeking.
Gotta question any attempt by Ed to reach out to shareholders when his actions resulted in the bind shareholders are currently experiencing.
