I am new to stocks, and have a question about the dividends that is going to be paid out in June. Correct me if I'm wrong, but because I bought this stock in December 2017 im considered a SHORT. So is this dividend payout going to be used against me? Should I sell to cover myself before that happens, can anyone explain?
