I want to address the court doc out on CYPE. People need to be aware of how the timeline works. QYBX one of Arcaro's past plays the merger LOI was announced on 4/21 and the motion to terminate was filed on 6/12.

Which means if CYPE follows suit the merger company LOI will be announced any day now!


Arcaro wont terminate until the deal is finalized. It may be 60 days until closing and all terms of the merger are met but I believe we will know who are merger company is very shortly!

Can't wait to start my DD on our new company!
