sam sam.U always state the filings told u blame yourself.The filings tell TURNIP the offering will be horrible.Hope im wrong for the longs here but lets be realistic.Dammy Filings say out if cash within 11days .Filings tell u company is in horrible financial shape.So if offering is horrible dont say u did not expect it.This aint my first rodeo so dont be surprised if may 31 comes and goes with no offering announced.GLTA..Hope jenny pulls a rabbit out of her hat.
