That's weird. Not surprising, just weird.
The quarterly doesn't require an audit. And your interpretation that Honest Al is saying the S1 will be filed within the 5 day extension is just that, an interpretation..and not quite what he said.

I don't think that this is what the people who created the form had in mind when they said "State below in reasonable detail":
"Completion of Audit and S1 preparation"
