Yup SEC filer here.... ruh roh! Pretty sure that AS increase is suppose to be an 8k or in the filing...... maybe why they are filing late here while they try to sell shares.

Well this is a correct statement technically but as an investor I would think a 1200% increase in shares available to sell is pretty significant
