Yup.. Up here in Alberta the Kinder Morgan pipeline is stalled with BC threatening to sue Alberta. The Canadian government stepped in this week to provide BILLIONS in guarantees to investors so they don't walk.. taxpayer billions.. the fact a political party (or two) is taking such a risk shows how important getting rid of the Alberta differential is on our oil. If this remotely worked, they would avoid all this and be ordering these by the boatload. The fact they are not over taking such a political and financial risk says a lot. And meanwhile back at QSEP, the biggest line item expenditure is EX- CEO's golden parachutes.
