Hence the "D" designation. You don't know how many people were sitting on SENY shares they thought were valid and since the transfer agent had no knowledge of them, they never got converted into SENYD shares. I've seen it happen before. By the way... for the same reason, doing a reverse split is a great way to catch naked shorting. Not that there was any naked shorting of SENY shares, but the position gets wiped out if the shares were never "borrowed".

I know it is in the weeds stuff, but you should make an attempt to learn some of these things if you are going to trade in Pink Sheet frauds.

Have you seen the 1 share trades at the Ask today to try to keep the price higher? Obvious manipulation and reported to the SEC. It traded just over half a penny (.0055) yesterday and at the end of the day they put up a Bid of .015 and sold to it so they could keep the closing price above a penny.

It is amazing someone could keep trusting in a proven fraud. Have you ever answered how you account for them saying they have a certified product when you can easily verify they have never even applied for certification?

Unbelievable. They should be in jail for obvious fraud. They don't come after me because they know I can prove it. Just like patents they claimed that were made up. I proved that one also.
