It is 34.6% owned by Africa Oil Corp. Africa Energy Corp owns 1/3 of the Pancontinental Oil subsidiary that hold a 30% interest in PEL 37 in Namibia. I know that KH was involved with Horn in some manner. and is nor involved with Africa Oil and Africa Energy.
