I have thought about a R/S now for about five months off and on, as I watched the O/S grow beyond 120Mil.. To think about it is normal at and beyond that level for a small company. Just covering all bases so to speak.

I don/t see that happening at this time juncture. Look at the company game plan. Remember when they voted to increase the number of " Authorized " share count ? One main reason given was to take the total potential purchase price of the company beyond corporate raiders. Now only those with VERY deep pockets could hope to make a hostile buyout offer.

This plan only works if you believe that your business is going to be successful. They knew long ago that they had agame changing product and strongly believed that with the growth of the " going electric" world, that the demand would materialize. Now they have had tangible proof of that; a quarter that is 3mil in sales! Multiply that by 11 months ( giving up a whole month here) and you have 33 Mil in sales. That one year gross sales equals or exceeds the entire total of long term corp. debt..

This does NOT count what they know about potential sales of the EV Standard. or other new products. It also does not even consider sales in other world locations
