Maybe I am reading too much into it. But, I did find it interesting that they were so specific on the markets they are targeting. At this stage, I would expect a more vague...we are targeting markets with a high rate of diabetes type statement.

Hopefully it is a hint as to what is coming next. The chronology and timing of all developments is really starting to make sense.
