I've been in both since early 2017 and have a lot at stake in both. Very similar charts. Numerous PR's that 75% of the time have a negative affect on pps. Can go up or down quickly on low volume. SING usually has a run up to .10 or past roughly every 6 months. Both are due for a bit of run just to create some interest because nothing else seems to be generating new interest. Even uplists don't seem to help much. COMMUNICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS IS LACKING. jmo.
