"After a very successful 2017, we maintained our momentum and delivered another very strong quarter for our stockholders," stated Chief Executive Officer Tom Meaney."
Meaney's appreciation for stockholders is on a different aesthetic wavelength. The SEC Reports acknowledge that the stock is thinly traded. Meaney must ponder the irony of a weak common stock price in light that he converted all preferred shares to common to improve shareholder value (don't laugh it was a nickel to a dime per share). There is no debt and available cash increased 20% this Quarter. It boggles the mind.
Yes, it was a "very strong quarter" with no increase in the stock price. No news on Mikros Mindr or any rollout. The April 2018 Investor Presentation that disappeared didn't give much insight on Mikros Mindr.
We hold long because one day we expect a real explosion that will make this "very strong quarter" appear weak and pathetic. In fact, the stock price is already weak and pathetic in this "very strong quarter."
What on earth does the Board of Directors ponder?
A buyout proposal from Zeff Capital would awaken the Board and improve the stock price for our precious stockholders.
