OK, here is why the current price of INUV is just plain DUMB, DUMB, DUMB!!!

They used to have 28.8M shares at, say, 95c. That's a market cap of $27.4M.

Now they have 10% more shares at a price of 75c. That's a LOWER market cap of $23.8M. So they brought in $1.8M in financing and that reduced the value of the company to investors by nearly $4M.

That's nearly a $6M spread. The market cap should have gone UP to reflect the increase in cash (unless cash is now somehow bad). And instead the market cap went DOWN.

I bought a bunch more today in the 74c to 75c range. If we value the increased cash as if it was cash, which it is, then the PPS pre-dilution of 95c would translate into a post-dilution price of 92c.

And if they have news to make the new holders happy, then it could go much higher.

I'm going to ride this back up there and sell both my new shares and my old shares at profits.
