I think they are closer than we know. They just started a private offering of company units for .30 which has 1 common share and one warrant to purchase a common share at .45. Yeah .45 and must be exercised within so many days. These will only sold in Canada and not the US so considering they are a Canadian company...... This will be huge in my opinion.
