As loud as Burp can be with his comments...he has some good points. I wouldn't call anything that he's saying "lies". They are all very true about the company.
Their IR team deserves a C-, and the rate at which they are moving I am not very hopeful. The greenhouse being completed in 2020 is directly from the PR Newswire article. Knowing their goldmine which could make everything worth it won't be completed for two years (as of now...who knows how long it would be pushed back. No construction projects finish on time), makes everything very, very, very speculative and it is not a risk I am willing to take.
I do think Burp pitches the "unlimited shares" to be a lot worse than it actually is, but other than that, the concerns definitely seem more than valid.
Maybe if/when the stock goes back down to ~$0.80USD price I'll jump in for the rollercoaster of emotions since I've been following it since mid-November.
