The price falling is because of the warrant conversion of a little over 5M shares at .30 sp. Now I feel that this is almost done on selling those shares and NITE may be the one that is handling the sales. However NITE is also a very well known shorter but I have a hard time believing that they are shorting a penny stock on the OTC so more than likely they are the ones that is handling the sales of the warrants. If so it appears we are getting to the end of the dilution as the sp now would be at a loss. All this started when the sp was in the .4's so IMAO I would say they have made their money and just want to get the deal closed and finished.
If I had more funds I would buy more at this price as not much longer this thing will be done with being below .3
