I doubt that the price of oil will have any effect on UVSE. They've been dormant since 2010/2011. As Maj has said, it's an empty shell with zero operations. It's a mothballed public company whose only useful purpose at this point is an RM.

That being said, $0.10??? I think even dreaming of a dime is thinking WILDLY. Maybe half a cent.
