Ultimately they will end up with around 58 million shares out after the 2018 converts. But, the stock is still way undervalued. The debt is now very controllable. If I had to guess, they did this clean up in an effort to sell down the line. If I had to guess, the price will be North of $10. We still don't know the true value of Marmato. So just based on the mine they have now the stock price should be 5-6 bucks. Then throw in Marmato and you can easily arrive at $10+.
