There are obvious reasons why you wouldn't call Calvin Wallen to check out the background behind these types of situations, especially if you are drinking the Dan Montano Kool-Aid. Wallen, Gordon & Flaa are very approachable & if you have questions call them via the office in Dallas if you don't have their mobile numbers.
A couple of comments from my contact
1. Wallen isn't in bankruptcy unlike Dan Montano who remains so for the foreseeable future.
2. The cases were originally brought by the "good ol' boys" in Louisiana. Wells Fargo are also a defendant. The cases have every chance of being thrown out.
3. What the heck does this have to do with CVBT in any event?
