Disagreed: if VGTL stuck at 0 x 0.0001 for months or even years then I would say it is a dead stock. Obviously it is not the case here! VGTL still has very very strong support at 0.0001 though the 0.0002 bid can be crashed down very easily by measly 1M shares of sales!

By the way does a shell hijacker have to file with a court in Nevada for a Nevada company or he/she can file that document in any local court of any state? I guess very soon VGTL will be hijacked by some investor who had bought over 100M shares here? Does a hijacker must own certain percentage of OS (say 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or even 50%) in order to be a custodian of the targeted shell? Thanks in advance!
