Super 8-K has now been filed so the name and cusip change can get the green light and the company will no longer be identified as $ALES Evans Brewing.

What is exciting about this is that it opens the doors for the outside world to know I-ON communications is now a public entity and that insider money will likely begin to trickle in and replace the Evans legacy shareholder base.
