Because they are idiots, and don't care about shareholders at all. No News releases in over a year. They show great revenues. I'm not even sure what business they are in anymore, if they are in business. I still hold shares here, based on reported revenues and reversed share structure, this should be about 1.50 per share (.10 pre split). Michelle left company, they didn't PR it until they found a replacement. I don't know if the 911 Help Now is or is not a current product or not. Stealth card looks fairly dead at this point. If anybody knows what they are doing, please post something.
