Sparrow Marcioni was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of Sirrus Corp. on October 14, 2016. Ms. Marcioni has also been serving as Chief Executive Officer of Linux Labs International Inc. since 2006. Linux Labs International is a cluster computing company that also does high level software and hardware development. Ms. Marcioni also served as President for BlueShift Wireless Inc., a company that built wireless access points and software for wireless applications, from 2007 to 2011.

Founded several Internet based technology companies, although her prior companies were all entertainment and marketing oriented. Founder of the following companies:

Internet Passport was the first company to develop universal dial up software to allow small ISP’s to become national or at least appear as such. IP was sold in its start up stage for $6.5 million to a California Telecom that had an interest in DirecTV.

Netsentinel, one of the first managed security providers. Netsentinel was responsible for building the security features for the ultra secure data centers for Abovenet in California and New York and City Reach in London as well as Deutsche Telekom and KPN Telecom.

C.E.T Networks was merged into Linux Labs International, thus combining network services with high speed technologies. Sparrow has remained CEO of Linux Labs for the past 10 years.

A scientist, an inventor, a technologist and an experienced software developer in many fields. He is responsible for creating and improving many core technologies in the world of cluster computing, a field that lends itself to many other areas of technology.

Solely responsible for creating the NimbusOS which Linux Labs built their original business on. NimbusOS set standards for high speed cluster systems over 10 years ago and is still in use in many universities etc.

Expertise in embedded systems allowed Steven to lead the development of a tablet operating system for Mitsubishi Electric to allow field technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot their HVAC systems in the field.

Kim Carter as its new Vice-President of Sales and Finance.

CEO. “Her considerable experience in IT, software implementation, and accounting make her uniquely qualified and will be an important new asset as we accelerate the rollout of our business plan in 2018 and beyond.”

Prior to joining Sirrus Corp., Ms. Carter worked with Forest Investment Associates, a Timberland Investment Management Organization (TIMO) with more than $4 billion under management, where for eleven years she held the position of Property Accountant/IT Coordinator. During this time, she was also responsible for the implementation and conversion of the company’s global legacy accounting systems to the current Solomon Software. In addition to her experience with software implementation, support, and testing, she was also responsible for the management of over one billion dollars of timberland investments for top clients. Kim also has eight prior years of experience in software implementation across the country and an additional ten years as an Assistant Controller in both software and medical industries.

Kim holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Indiana University and is a qualified CPA with the Illinois CPA Society.
