What does "accounts up to date" (or uptodate) mean?
I don't think anyone in jail has any bearing on whether or not shares can be issued. Just takes a signature.
Nobody selling unless the price soars sounds like a great thing, but if there is massive dilution at this level or below, that decreases the value of the shares of current shareholders.
I don't know what direction the company is going to go, but I do believe they will say something in the relatively near future. I want to be prepared and not have anything in my mouth that I will spray all over my monitors from laughing so hard.
