Considering the quick pace on which the year started the current YTD
through the end of April sort of matched our weather here in Wisconsin -
Chilly....

So far May has been okay. I've noticed that REITs and REIT ETFs are
starting to show signs of recovery. Those had been the weakest spots in my
Income and Retirement accounts.
