More bankruptcy lawsuits against Calvin Wallen III: Holy smokes, there are even more lawsuits by the bankruptcy trustee against Calvin A Wallen III and his companies:

Does anyone here know what these lawsuits are specifically about? It looks like you can't download the documents for free. I have an attorney friend I will reach out to who can probably get them for free, and frankly it's not worth me spending another dime on Wallen, I've already lost due to him. If you know something specific and accurate, please post. Otherwise, I'll probably post more information later once I have had a chance to see the documents myself.

I'm not a lawyer or a legal expert, but when a bankruptcy trustee goes after someone like this, doesn't this end up a criminal matter? Subject to my better understanding what this is all about, if Wallen loses these cases, I suspect Calvin Wallen is headed to jail.
