Yup, that is correct, fdbl was never about creating a product, the rositanos never cared about how it turned out, all they wanted to do was think that they had something going. So they used celebrity videos, and Fanpass to promote. A lot of people fell for it too. Sad.

Yup.
And what is sad, and scary, is that some on here are hoping Fan Pass trades soon, thinking that will be a catalyst, not realizing that it will be the same thing.

It will have fewer shares out, and a higher price (initially) enabling them to sell more discounted stock to toxic lenders.

The exact same thing will happen.

Fluffy, nothing PRs showing no progress while the share count explodes and the stock price craters.
