You're right, LimeCom Italy's revenue is only $63.9 million annually, not $125 million.

Therefore there must be another LimeCom, presumably operating in the USA, with $125MM annual revenue, previously owned by Heritage Ventures Limited. Heritage Venture was eager to sell LimeCom for no money down, and $2,000,000 to be paid at a later date or never to be paid at all.

Why ever sell for (less than) $2,000,000 a company that brings $2,177,721 of gross profit or $313,044 of net income annually is left as an exercise to the shareholder.

Limecom Inc. (the “Company”) is a global telecommunication company, providing services to telecommunication providers from all over the world. The Company operates a network built on internet protocol (“IP”) switching equipment. The Company was organized as a Florida limited liability company (“LLC”) on November 21, 2014 and known as Limecom LLC. On September 29, 2015, the Company converted to a Florida C-Corporation.

Advertising costs for the year ended December 31, 2016 and 2015 were approximately $7,000 and $8,000, respectively.

$8K of advertising sustains $125MM of revenues !? Sign me in !

The company has $7,187 of "Property and Equipment" on its books. How $7K of worth of servers can generate $125MM of revenues is also left as an exercise.

Heritage Ventures seems to be an enterprise incubator:

Heritage Ventures is an Advisory Firm for small to mid-sized high tech startups. We offer four very related execution services to help start-ups scale: Go-to-Market Strategies, Revenue Acceleration, Organizational Effectiveness and Capital Sourcing. Each of these services are necessary to help a start-up break the barriers to growth.

Also, LimeCom's webpage, "thelimecom.com" seems to be unreachable. That seems strange for a high-tech company.
From Google Cache:

The only external reference to LimeCom's existence (apart its sale to NXGJ) is on https://www.carriercommunity.com/sponsor/limecom/
which repeats LimeCom's webpage text.

I tried to obtain a LimeCom calling card using Google, and despite all my Google-fu, I failed.

It seems that LimeCom is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator, with the emphasis on virtual.
