Possibly FBI and joint SEC action brewing?
Jehu Hand had some dealings with this stock and has been indicted by the FBI.
Possibly they are building a case against CHIT officers and that is why the 20,000 to 1 RS and subsequent dilution to the tune of billions of shares was allowed to go on.
Maybe the stop in trading is the result of having enough information to proceed with criminal prosecution.
I would suspect the holders of hundreds of millions of worthless shares of stock may want to extract a pound of flesh.
