Ok, correction LB_UY's private placements were @ .12 and .15, not .10 but still very low for it to turn around and run to $3.65 on 40M o/s, which is very close to NDVN's 39M o/s....thus the reason I chose it.

However...if were looking at tech companies, the last (2) OTC tech IPO's were:

BRTI: .60 to $4.88 77M o/s
IRNC: .51 to $12.00 66M o/s

With only 39M o/s $3.00 is easily achievable IMO.
