The line of people waiting to get in at that price must be very long. Obviously it's very easy to get in at .0002. Why individuals would want to hold out waiting for .0001 when they can get EZ Pass at the next increment knowing that this is eventually going to take off is, well their choice. I tried myself to get in at .0001 and couldn't, so I step up to .0002 and got right in. No big deal for me, I'll get that back easily and much more.
