goto thecse.com (Canadian Exchange) look them up under LNB.
Read all their reports. You will see that they recently did a direct offering of shares. Handed them over to a MM @ a discount and I have been watching now for 2 weeks(via Level II & IHUB Trade screen). They have been putting those shares in all thru that time and showing they were doing so with limits to prevent sp drop. Yesterdays actions are telling me that they are at the end and now selling @ less sp to close the deal.
In other words, take any crappy stocks that are showing any green at all and move that equity here. We will not see these prices ever again unless something really bad happens and I can't see it. I normally don't buy a falling stock but this is most certainly an exception.

My opinion, my money, and my profit or loss. Make your own.

Reputable companies properly run, I do not feel would pump a stock that's getting diluted. The sp would just sizzle out and wind up dropping lower before its over. Then the loss of shareholder confidence would weaken resistance.
Once dilution is over, then drop the catalyst, and sp will increase and bring resistance with it. No more dilution returns balance and increases confidence of the holders.
Again, my opinion, my money, and my profit or loss. Make your own.
I am an Independent Health Insurance Broker now for almost 15 years, I am not now or have ever been, a stock broker or securities dealer.
